Personality: Harsh, caring, sarcastic, determined, often lazy, never shows his true feelings

Background: From a young age Skaal was naturally talented with skills such as sneaking, collecting information and combat. At the age of fourteen he was a fully trained assassin/thief and was hired to perform the ultimate heist: the abduction of the Master Emerald. Skaal was ultimately overthrown by the guardian of the emerald, Knuckles the Echidna, where he lost in an intense fight which lead to the amputation of his left arm. He was arrested by G.U.N for his attempt of theft and past crimes against Mobius. After spending a week in solitary confinement in a remote prison, Skaal was offered to train as a bounty hunter in a preliminary G.U.N programme by the Commander himself, which he agreed to do so. Two years later after training and studying he qualified as a certified bounty hunter and was pardoned of all crimes. He now currently works in a newly founded team of other bounty hunters known as Team Trap.

Other notes: Uses a robotic arm in replacement for his severed limb, never been seen without his trademark neckerchief
